Built in the 1830s and owned by Susan and Nick Preston since 1982, Mountain Fare Inn is a pristine Ski Lodge that welcomes guests when the snow flurries are flying, the leaves are changing beautiful hues, and the flowers and vegetables are growing. There are 8 rooms in the Main Inn, each with private bath, sleeping 22+ people; comfortable and fun common areas, dining room that seats 24+ people, newly renovated kitchen with 2 stoves, 2 refrigerators, extensive and well-groomed fields on 6 acres of grounds with porches & decks.The adjacent Carriage House, was an old barn that was renovated beginning in 1989. With its three spacious guest rooms (sleeps additional 11+) and warm, inviting game room, it is a favorite gathering venue for groups of friends or families during ski season, family reunions, graduations or just summer fun!We make it easy for you to escape for a while and get back to the basics. The rate includes both Inn and Carriage House but
