There is a Minut device installed outside the house that monitors decibel levels and does not record conversations. If you violate the rules there is a $1,000 fee for any outside parties, $300 unauthorized pet fee, a $250 inside smoking fee, $250 fee for each car not parked legally, and a $250 fee per person over 8 people on the property.
