It is also just minutes away from downtown Alden (2.2 miles) and Elk Rapids (13 miles).The house was remodeled in the spring of 2015 and now includes a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances: a stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Located next to the kitchen is a dining area that seats up to 6 people. The living room, adjacent to the dining table, offers comfortable seating for family game nights and is also great for just relaxing. The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed as well as an attached walk-in closet and master bathroom. A second bedroom offers another queen sized bed and a third bedroom provides a full sized bed. There is also a washer and dryer located in the basement, right beside a foosball and ping pong table which are great for
