Newly acquired property that's a work in progress

Located in Sedona, Arizona, United States. Newly acquired property that's a work in progress Hello!We just purchased this duplex late June 2022 and there are a lot of things that I haven't yet had the time or money to have fixed. I'm sure that doesn't sound terribly appealing but everything works I promise :) I'll be down here for a few months at a time, splitting time between here and our place in Ft Collins, CO. While I'm not here I thought it'd be neat to let someone else use it and help move up the timeline on the upgrades. Pricing hopefully reflects this.This place is small at 900 sqft with 2 beds and 1 bath. In my opinion, the limiting factor is the bathroom. It's pretty small and I'd be reluctant to try to squeeze four people in there but maybe you don't need that much space.
