Top floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Has beds for up to 20 people. Newly renovated kitchen. Property is 2 miles from Bear Valley Ski Resort, 5 minutes from Lake Alpine, and 20 minutes from Big Trees State Park. Great hikes nearby and fun rocks to climb and explore in the summertime. Winter = LOTS of snow. No winter access for cars, but the location is great. Only 100 yard walk from parking to cabin. Summertime has plenty of parking at the house.
