All furniture in the house today is brand new.House Info:Lap Pool - Pool is serviced every Monday, Water temp is ~50 degrees right now. Your choice to go in. ~3 Feet Deep. Pool interior and exterior deck was recently renovated. Tanning ledge is tiled and please do not run as it could be slippery. Please be careful on the in-pool loungers as well. Pool Heater - Pool can be heated for additional $500 per stay of 5 nights. We need 2 days notice to start the heating process. Pool can be heated up to 90 degrees. Hot Tub / Spa - Can be operated once a day for 5 hours (maximum) by request for additional $75 daily rate. We need 2 hours notice to start the heating process.
