This unit has a furnished balcony and full access to the beach, front & back yard, garage, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, laundry room, and beach closet.For families traveling with small children, a pack & play and high chair are available and stored in the ground floor stairwell closet.There is no elevator in this building, however you have two flights of stairs to choose from.Satellite TV service is provided for the one 48" SMART TV in the living room.There is no land telephone line in this unit however at your request, a cell phone can be provided to you for use during your stay.
