Walking distance to the center of town with multiple restaurants, retail stores, ice cream shops, arcade, etc. Short drive or Uber to Atlantic City. 8 Beach tags, beach chairs, kayaks, and boogie boards are also provided for use. Since the kayaks, boogie boards, beach chairs and other items are stored in the garage, there is just the driveway spot for parking on the 1306 side. On the first floor we have an entry foyer and one bedroom with a king size bed, 40 inch TV and twin day bed with twin trundle bed underneath. A full bathroom is also on the first floor with a shower. Nice privacy for a couple or small family. The second floor features a living room with vaulted ceilings and glass doors that open onto a co
