The house has an open feel and amazing views of all of Anchorage, Cook Inlet, Fire Island, Sleeping Lady and Denali.The spaceWe share The View with others in the summer and live here full time in the other three seasons, so you'll notice the feel of a home. Though we think our kids are pretty great, we've replaced the more personal items (family photos, etc.) with artwork that more people might appreciate. Though The View feels a thousand miles outside of the city, it's within Anchorage and a quick 15 minute drive into the heart of midtown (10 minutes to South Anchorage shopping.) There's an old saying in this state, "the best thing about Anchorage is it's only about 15 minutes from Alaska."
