You can book independently or with the whole owner's suite (this listing is for the studio ONLY). The space is ideal for those who are looking for a little extra sleeping space and/or want a casual, chill room near the beach. Guests have private off-street, gated parking (open during retail hours), a separate entrance, access to the outside (downstairs) BBQ area, and rooftop deck. The studio offers 2-3 beds...a king bed (this can be converted into two twins) plus a double...a small refrigerator, microwave, work desk, small closet rack, and a library of books. The bathroom is separated with a door with open ceiling access. It's similar to the space of hotel room with the improved touches of home.
