The space is set next to an old cranberry bog, with a quiet walking path accessible from the back yard. Surrounded by trees, with only one other house down the private drive. Less than a 10 minute walk to a nice neighborhood beach, the Hyannis Ferry and Tugboats Restaurant.You drive up a beautiful private drive to the cottage directly in front of you, with a nice front porch. Once inside, you have a quaint reading space with two rattan chairs and plenty of reading material. To the left, you have an open dining and living room. The dining table sits 6 people comfortably. The living room is set with a couch, chairs and TV with SMART options. Off the living room is one of the two bedrooms, set with a queen size bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and all the linens you need. Heading towards the kitchen, you will find the second bedroom on your left, with another queen
