It is located on Mobile Bay and has been our family retreat for over 30 years. Located 4.5 miles past the Grand Hotel and about 12 minutes from Fairhope, it is close to shopping and restaurants. The approx. 3000 sq.ft fully air-conditioned and heated house includes a large glassed-in porch stretching across the front of the house offering waterfront views with spectacular sunsets. Sit on the outdoor front patio under the old Live Oak trees or take a stroll out on the pier to swim, fish or crab off the deck. We have 100 feet on the bay with a large manicured front and back yard. Chose from multiple spots within the house for sitting or dining or just getting away from it all.
