Boyce Thompson Arboretum, hiking trails, golfing, and breathtaking mountain views are all within a short walk or drive. The Renaissance festival (Feb - Mar - Apr) is just a 15-minute drive away! Shopping & restaurants nearby just off of Signal Butte and US 60. The Casita is attached to the main home with a locked door in between. You'll have your own private gated entrance with a small side patio. There's a full living space with a TV, Wi-Fi internet, and cable. The full kitchen comes with a 5 burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking necessities, tableware, glassware and silverware.
