First floor offers a bedroom with access to the hall full bath, living and kitchen area. Second floor has 2 more bedrooms, a full bath and a large sunroom off the back of the home. There is an outdoor shower for those beach days. There is enough space in the driveway for 4 or 5 cars. There will be a non-refundable pet fee for bringing a dog. Please remember to bring your own linens, towels and paper products.
