Today, we have evolved to weekly rentals 7 night minimum stays. as weekly reservations come in there maybe only be 6 nights available which we will accept The home is whimsical tropical Beach feeling. It is unique, in that, while it is a level waterfront with private beach it sits back from Birch Bay Drive 100 ft. The front outdoor patio functions as an outdoor living room with adjacent firepit. The view of the bay is west facing. This has been our personal summer home all these years. There are only a few large waterfront homes in North Puget Sound that can accommodate large groups.
