The house has plenty of DVD’s, games, dice, kids toys, basketball court in driveway, WiFi and a guest Net-flicks account. You must pay a fee charged by the LACC for renting a property. Charge of $150.00 must be paid for upon check-in a form will be sent to you 30 days prior to check-in unless other arrangement's have been made to pre-pay your fees. Charges include the
