Featuring a spacious kitchen with dining area and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace. 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each room and a bathroom with a tub/shower. We have wireless internet, and dish TV. Comfy rockers on the porch and a BBQ grill for your convenience! A short walk to the river. Great location in Greer at the end of the village we are between Greer Lodge and the Red Setter! One Mile walk or drive to the Famous Molly Butler Lodge Restaurant and Rendezvous Diner! Both have amazing food and friendly service! Come stay awhile and relax! Parking for 2 vehicles in front of the cottage. Additional parking on the side of the property however we can not accommodate RV's or large campers.We have four exterior security cameras on the property for security. One is located on the cabin front porch in plain view. One is located on the rear cabin porch by the back
