Dining room table plus table in kitchen allow for large family gatherings. 2 TV areas one downstairs and one upstairs. 10-15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach and 8 minutes to downtown Historic Wilmington. Jump on the Cross City Trail and walk 1 mile to the Starbucks or through the back of the neighborhood to Port City Java. *There is a camera front doorbell and a security camera looking over the rear patio towards the driveway and garage.
