Head downstairs to a large room to relax, play games or watch TV. This level also has a huge room with 2 twin beds and a trundle bed. This level’s full bath is equipped with a washer and dryer. Menahaunt beach is less than a mile and a half away. It is 5 miles to Falmouth Harbour with ferries to Martha’s Vineyard. House is approx 3 miles to other beaches and close to downtown Falmouth with lots of restaurants, shops and even a carousel! The house is on the bike path which leads to Historic Woods Hole and has a sprawling backyard for playing or relaxing by the fire pit. Pillows and comforters are provided.
