We have a large fenced in yard for you little ones to run and play. We are waterfront, and we do have a new deck which you can enjoy the water and swim, fish and launch boats. We also have a private beach but it can and will appear during low tide and can disappear during higher tides.All utilities are included as well as High speed WiFi and a large 50" Smart TV. Private parking is just outside your door.These units are all brand new and will have new appliances and furniture throughout. They will of course be Heated and Air Conditioned.
