The main floor is a fully open floor plan for the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The barn provides a full kitchen that includes an apartment-size refrigerator & dishwasher, combo washer/dryer, and all other modern kitchen needs. The living room provides a large TV with Roku streaming capabilities. The main floor bathroom includes a soaker tub and handheld shower only (please note that the water heater is small and typically only fills the tub halfway with hot water).The Barn at Maple Hill was once a fully functioning barn that was converted in 2018 into a beautiful one-bedroom guest cottage with everything guests would need for a cozy weekend or a longer stay.
