The community features new parks and is great for outdoor activities as well as walking and running. There are two accesses to the I-15 within a couple of minutes that will take you anywhere in town.The house is a one story 3 bedroom fully furnished and freshly remodeled. There are 1 king beds in the master and 2 queen beds in the other rooms. Full tiled shower in master bathroom with brand new vanities and sinks. Nice clean backyard with artificial grass and dining patio furniture.
