This is a one lane “main” beach road with a speed limit of 25 . Serendipity is directly off the beach w/ no busy roads to cross (less than a minute walk to put your toes in the sand! )It is part of a 12 home complex with a shared pool in the middle. We are located in an “ocean front “ development as there are no streets to cross to get to and from the beach. Views : WE have very small peek-a-boo views of the water fro
