Located in Newport Beach, California, United States. Immaculate, beautiful beach houses with everything included! Due to Coronavirus we are taking all necessary precautions to clean and sanitize with the utmost care! Our cleaners will be wearing masks and gloves for cleaning and using products with bleach to sanitize all surfaces. We will also be washing and drying all linens on the hottest settings. We will provide Lysol cleaning wipes for guest use. Prior to guest arrival and upon guest departure we will be asking if anyone has experienced any flu/virus like symptoms so that we might take extra precautions in those cases. We ask that guests reschedule their visit if anyone has been sick up to 2 weeks before their arrival.Ok on to the good stuff..This property is a duplex with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms (plus sofa bed and daybed) / 2 baths downstairs (totally separate entrances).
