Trendy lake house in a beautiful, quiet, family neighborhood with 4 bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and their own private outdoor access leading to the large deck overlooking expansive views of Lake Hamilton. Large, fenced-in yard, with fire-pit, and plenty of outdoor seating under covered patio. Large 3 car garage, fully stocked kitchen, and strong wifi!Both master bedrooms have TVS, as well as in the dining and living room areas. All of our TVS are smart TVs- we do not have cable, but TVs are capable of signing into any application service you may have with your own log-in credentials. Answers to commonly asked questions:- Firewood is provided.-We have both an electric grill and gas grill. While we cannot monitor propane tank levels between guests, we are happy to reimburse cost of exchange of tank upon receipt. There is a store about a mile from us that provides this service.-We offer a regular drip
