This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a quaint living room and kitchen. This property is located on the waters edge and has great outdoor seating areas and an outdoor fire place. This location has water year round as it is on the main channel. You can wake up, put your swimsuit on and walk out the door and you are able to swim and sunbathe off of the dock. Use of the Dock and swimming is welcome. The boat lift is no longer offered and is not allowed to be use to store boats, jet ski's, watercraft, etc. Great for Fall/Winter time views and coffee on the porch with your significant other.
