This idyllic cottage home, built-in 1952, has been home to many Seldovia families. It is built on the historic old boardwalk that once ran the entire length of Main Street prior to the 1964 quake. The lower level on the boardwalk is a warehouse with a washer & dryer, up a gentle flight of stairs to the kitchen & sitting area, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully appointed with Cuisinart, Kitchen Aid Mixer, and press pot for coffee; owners live next door if you need anything. A steep staircase takes you to two more bedrooms. The wrapped deck includes a BBQ, planters, and furniture. We purchased the house in 1976 and enjoyed it as a weekend retreat from our busy lives in Anchorage.
