Southtoe River Ranch – Incredible River and Mountain getaway on 40 acres The Lodge is 4,000 sq ft property that is designed for family and friend gatherings. The lodge is divided up into two levels. The main level has a large master bedroom, gourmet fully equipped kitchen with double ovens and a massive open space that has several pinball machines, 22 ft shuffleboard, arcade games, Xbox and table soccer. The main level also has movie seating with a 150” drop down screen and a large seating area in front of a huge wood burning fire place. There are several large dining tables to eat at and play games. The main floor was designed with several large automatic doors to enjoy the mountain breeze and open sun deck area. The lower level has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and a 3rd bedroom with (2) Queen-size beds. Lodge is able to sleep 10 people very comfortably. There is a large smart TV and Wi-Fi in every bedroom. There is a washer and dryer to be used if needed on the lower level
