Just a one minute walk to the Marina and a 5 minute walk to the beach, this adorable Victorian beach house has all the modern comforts downstairs, with a huge modern kitchen, spacious living room with gas fireplace and brand new half bath, coupled with the sweet charm of a chic cottage upstairs with three bedrooms and a full bath. Our cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a fun week at the beach including a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, towels, sheets, beach towels, beach chairs and bicycles. The house has a large fenced in backyard with patio, dining set, bench seats and BBQ. All attractions are just a walk, bike or golf cart ride away! We have a 5 passenger golf cart with utility cart available for separate rental fee and must be pre-arranged.
