Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout, washer/dryer within the unit, 3 sets of large sliding glass doors lead to the huge private balcony overlooking the beach/gulf. Sleeps up to 6 with a king size bed in the master bedroom, full size in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The property also includes a gulf side swimming pool and double tennis court. The condo can sleep up to 6 people, however no more than 4 adults please. No pets/ no smoking. Minimum age of 23 to reserve. June and July months rent by the week only (Saturday-Saturday).
