Two bedroom (1king, 1queen), 1 bathroom unit. One minute walk from a secluded pond and access to Blue River Bike Path. There is fishing and swimming in the pond in the summer. The Unit is only a few blocks away from the Silverthorne Recreation Center where there is tennis, volleyball, pool facilities, and basketball courts as well as other gym activities. Copper and Keystone are only 15 minutes away. It’s only 20 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Dog are allowed with a fee. The first dog is $35 a day and the second dog is an additional $15 a day. No exceptions. A portion of the deposit will be kept for scratches on the couch or other damages they may cause.
