The condo has a spiral staircase leading to the loft. It might be hard for the elderly or disabled.Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our very best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.Please note that the fireplace is decorative only and not to be used. •The condo is basically equipped with all the basics for cooking (pots, pans, plates, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker (standard and Keurig), etc - cooking condiments are not provided). I will provide one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. I will also provide one towel and one wash c
