Great family vacation house

Located in Davenport, Texas, United States. Great family vacation house Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This is a beautiful home in Disney area. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, kid’s play area in the living room. There is a private pool too. A perfect home while visiting Orlando theme parks or just for getaway.There is enough parking space only for 2 cars in the driveway, parking on the grass and on the sidewalks is not allowed at all times, overnight street parking is not allowed (per association rules). Towing is strictly enforced by association. This is a very clean home located in Davenport off of route 27. It has a private heated swimming pool with jacuzzi, covered big size lanai, and garage with pool table. This house has private swimming pool (could be heated October - April per request for an additional $45/night or $260/week, 2 nights minimum). 24-hour notice is required. Please note that the heater is highly dependent on outside air temperature.
