Charming Unit Nestled in The Pines, Sleeps 6 Our charming place is perfect for single travelers, couples/friends or small families looking for a comfortable place in the mountains. It is an upstairs apartment that has one bedroom, one bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen with a table and chairs, a small sitting area that folds down into a bed. We have stocked the unit with many extras for your convenience. There is a pack n play and a queen air mattress, board games, a grill and a fully stocked kitchen for homemade meals. (Renters need to bring their own propane tank). There is plenty of space for parking on the side of the cottage. There is a fire pit in the yard to sit back and enjoy a fire (make sure to bring your own camping chairs!!). NO SMOKING. NO PETS. ***We use the main level cabin for our families accommodations. Property can accommodate up to two more guests. Additional guest fee as follows: $40 for 2 nights per guest, $50 for 3 nights per guest, $50 additional cleaning fee.Ou
