The property features a large chicken coop (feel free to gather eggs!), a lovely private yard with a picnic table, BBQ, firepit and full size school playground (this used to be a pre-school!). The cottage is a 1750 sq. ft. three bedroom, two bath private residence that sleeps 6-8 with a private yard and has an amazing playground. We are 5 minutes to downtown Atascadero, 15 minutes to downtown SLO, Paso or wine country, and around 30 to Pismo, Avila, Morro Bay, or Cayucos.
