Being newly renovated in Nov 2017, it is clean, modern and private. This studio is self contained and is situated in the rear corner of a multi-tenanted property, the studio is unit C. The property has a 3 bedroom house and another studio on it (the other studio is also a vacation rental) The tenant's are friendly, active and are completely aware of the studio's being rented out via airbnb, I the owner live next door and am available 24/7 if any
