This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage is situated on a canal on the Intracoastal Waterway, Indian River, and Mosquito Lagoon. We are world famous for our fishing, shrimping, and boating. Wake up to watch the beautiful sunrises and pink sky sunsets. You may catch manatee or dolphin playing and the osprey catching their breakfast right outside your door. It is completely furnished with everything you could need. A fully equipped kitchen that includes a coffee/tea bar. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has queen size bed, and third bedroom has bunk bed with pull out trundle. The living room area has a sleeper sofa, love seat and flat screen TV with Netflix and Discovery Plus.
