Cedar Island Club is located in Bethune Beach which is just south of New Smyrna Beach and north of Canaveral National Seashore park. This area is unique because the river/lagoon and ocean are very close. Nowhere else provides such convenient access to both bodies of water.The condo is located directly on the river and has great water views from inside. You can see wildlife like dolphins, manatees, birds, kayakers or paddle boarders from multiple locations such as the couch or dining room table. Though you usually need to walk onto the docks just outside the unit to see the manatees.If you like fishing the docks are great with one having an area to cut bait or filet your catch.Bethune park is a block away. There is a tennis/pickle ball court, basketball court, pavilions, sand volleyball, and a kids playground.
