It's right on the beach in the "no driving" section, so you don't have to worry about the kids! It has a great deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and private stairs to walk right down to the sand. If you're a surfer, the waves are great for surfing right in front of the house! Quiet (no driving) end of the beach. IMPORTANT: To get to the front door, you must walk up a flight of stairs, as the house is on pilings. Please review cancellation policy per our attached Rental Agreement: More than 120 days prior to start of rental- 100% refundable less $250 fee. 31-120 days prior to rental- 50% refundable. No refund less than 30 days prior to rental. Sorry, NO PETS PERMITTED, except service animals. NO SMOKING HOUSE.
