We have recently remodeled it and are offering as a 3 bedroom rental. It sets up on the front of the property, which runs alongside Highway 62 (yes there is some highway noise sometimes).The Lodge has an upstairs king master bedroom with half bath, an extra queen bedroom upstairs and a 3rd queen bedroom downstairs. There is a full bathroom with shower downstairs, pantry, fully stock kitchen with your basic essentials, dining area with table that seats 6 and a comfy living room with a suede sectional and a 50 inch flatscreen with direct tv. We just built a new rear deck (weber charcoal grill) and added a 4 person hot tub. There is no broadband out here but there is a good cell signal.
