Great for a small fam, and perfect for two. An easy walk to the beach, or just relax and chill. We look forward to hosting you!***The space***One block to the dedicated beach, Thomas' Donuts, and 3 blocks to a grocery store. This beach is one of the only spots on PCB that does not have high-rise condos on the beachfront, hence, the unobstructed beach access. This unit has a small front yard to enjoy your cup of joe, an outdoor shower for your use to wash off the sand and a picnic table out front to use to enjoy the outdoors. ***Sleeping Arrangements***Our cozy one bedroom home has a Queen size bed with en suite. We do have a futon couch in the nook sitting area, we s
