We keep our prices much more affordable than our competitors because we love making family friends. ❤️This triplex of cottages (3 cottages in 1 building) is directly across the street of the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast on the Gulf. Cottage A is a ground floor 2 bedroom/1 bath and is cozy, clean and perfect for 4-5 people. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full bed. There is a sleeper sofa as well. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and the kitchen is fully equipped. In the back of the property there is a grill as well as laundry facilities for your convenience. No long walks to the parking garage! There are 2 dedicated parking spots right outside your front door. One block to the west, Laguna Place has the convenie
