No stairs or elevator necessary. The condo # is 3603. SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. There are two queens (one is a sofa bed) and 4 twins. The community offers two pools and tennis courts. The condo has a queen size bed in the master, two sets of bunks with one trundle and a pull out sofa. Enjoy coffee and beverages on the back porch and cook a full meal in the kitchen. The community is close to all Rehoboth Beach activities and walkable into town.The spaceThe home is professionally decorated and WILL look slightly different than photos, but just as cute! The second bedroom will have 2 bunks (one with a trundle) not a queen as shown in the photos. It’s a great community with a mix of renters and owners.
