We have a wonderful great room with high ceilings and gas fireplace so even off season it can be cozy. Our beautiful bright sitting room is in great beachy decor and creates a calming experience. The main floor has ceramic tile, aside from the bedrooms with wood floors. Ceiling fans through out the house create a breezy home. Wifi througout the home as well.
