Our coastal community is located between Santa Cruz and Monterey, California off Highway 1. The resort is a blend of 550 private residences and vacation rental homes and condominiums. Our condominium is located in the Shorebirds complex of the Pajaro Dunes beach comunity. Located on the second level, our condo has beautiful full ocean views! Our condo faces Monterey which gives amazing sunrise views. Being on the second level, you have easy ramp access or your choice of stairs to get to our home. We do have older decor and furnishings, but our home is clean and comfortable. We have a king bed in the ocean front master bedroom and a Queen & Twin - great for an another couple , or for teens or little ones.
