Beach front units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance, however you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance. Please note: We do not allow Sunday or holiday arrivals and require a 7 night minimum stay. Located on the Beautiful island of Longboat Key in Florida just off the coast of Sarasota, this condo (unit #405 on the 4th floor) comfortably sleeps up to 4 people in a very nice 1 bedroom with a set of twin wall beds in the living room. Both the bedroom and living room have brand new flat screen televisions with cable. Linens are also provided for all the beds. This condo has a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen as well as all new furniture in the living room. The new kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes silverware, toaster, i
