Renovated concrete 3 bedroom home, directly in front of the boat basin on the bay side. Unique street with a real sand beach for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding or sunning. Wake up in the mornings and drink your coffee in our huge front yard looking at the bay and listening to the water. At night, enjoy a drink by the fire, then get into our outdoor shower under the stars. Our home was completely redone by HGTV. Master bedroom has one king bed, guest bedroom has 1 queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds. One full bath and one half bath with a great outdoor shower. One trip to the nearby grocery store and you can cook in the granite topped kitchen, or hop over to the many restaurants in the Key Largo area. Walk or bike the neighborhood for exercise.
