The town road we are on is an approved ATV route and you can easily ride to The Lynne/Little Rice ATV Trail system located in southwestern Oneida County. The classic house sits on a slight hill overlooking beautiful Silver Lake, which is a no-wake lake. The property is nicely wooded and the house is surrounded with tall pine trees.
