Our Guest Suite was completed in August 2017. We are a short walk to Hillsboro Village, 12 South, Belmont & Vanderbilt Universities, restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket. We live upstairs with our daughter and dog. Guests have a private side entrance and off-street parking (one car).We live in a home built in 1940 which we renovated in August 2017, adding the 900 square feet guest suite to the lower level. Our Guest Suite includes a studio apartment with a full bathroom, queen sized Murphy bed, sofa & full kitchen (this serves as the first bedroom), and two additional bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds) with a shared bathroom.
