"Royce's Outpost" nearby trails and AuSable River

Located in Luzerne, Pennsylvania, United States. "Royce's Outpost" nearby trails and AuSable River This is a half log exterior cabin with knotty pine interior walls throughout. The cabin is surrounded by pine trees to give that nestled in the woods feeling while providing you with in town living. Just a few blocks away (walking distance in the summer) from Ma Deeters (a well known dining experience for this area). Trail heads are just a block away. Don't have the toys to play on the trails with?? That's ok, you can rent them from Luzerne Express just up the road. The AuSable River is only a 10 minute drive (you can also rent tubes and canoes from Luzerne Express). The Boardwalk is a great little location just a five minute drive from the cabin that gets overlooked because it is not advertised much but I highly recommend it. **NO ANIMALS PERMITTED ON THIS PROPERTY. **Unfortunately the minority have ruined it for everyone.
